Can I use the app without paying?
Yes! The Ainalyn desktop app is completely free for local features. You can browse the marketplace and use basic functionality without any payment. A subscription is only needed to access API features and execute marketplace solutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and various regional payment methods. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start your free trial with full access to all subscription features. You won't be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at $20/month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds, but you keep full access until your subscription expires.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically each month. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, you can try the full service free for 7 days before committing. We recommend using this trial period to evaluate if Ainalyn meets your needs.
How do developers get paid?
Developers receive 30% of net platform profits, distributed based on their solutions' usage (sub-task execution count and compute consumption). Payouts are processed monthly through Paddle according to their settlement schedule.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We don't store your payment details. All transactions are handled by Paddle, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your financial data is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures.
