This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Ainalyn, an AI Solution Platform and Marketplace operated under the brand CoreNovus. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Payment Processing

All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for:

  • Collecting payments from users
  • Processing any applicable refunds
  • Handling billing-related inquiries
  • Managing chargebacks and disputes

When you make a purchase, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, and their terms of service will also apply.

3. Digital Products - No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales on Ainalyn are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription or purchase is completed, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to use the service or features
  • Dissatisfaction with the service or AI Solutions
  • Technical issues on your end (device, internet connection, etc.)
  • Purchasing the wrong subscription plan

4. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time in your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. These may include:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end
  • Service unavailability for extended periods due to platform issues
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with detailed information about your case. All exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed. Refunds under exceptional circumstances are processed through Paddle.

6. Developer Earnings

For Developers who earn revenue through the platform:

  • Earnings are calculated based on actual usage of your Solutions.
  • Payouts are processed in accordance with Paddle's payout and settlement schedule.
  • In cases where a consumer refund is issued (under exceptional circumstances), the corresponding Developer earnings may be adjusted.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, chargebacks are handled through Paddle. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Loss of access to all purchased services and Solutions
  • Potential collection actions for disputed amounts

8. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

  • You will have full access to all features of the Service.
  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy will apply. We recommend evaluating the Service during your free trial to ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
